We are celebrating the 1st edition of Together We Give, which promises to become one of the most important events of the Cannes Film Festival, with the common goal of empowering women in all forms.
Solidarity, commitment, equality, social justice, flexibility, humanity, unity, and collaboration are the fundamental values that underpin the foundation of this event, which believes in the power of collective action, demonstrating to the world that by coming together, we can achieve great things.
Together We Give is born from the merger of two of the world's most important charitable organizations, We Do It Together and the Global Gift Foundation. We Do It Together leverages the power of film and media to break stereotypes and alter perceptions about women, providing a unique opportunity for women around the world to showcase their talents, express themselves, and share their compelling stories, united, inspiring and supporting each other.
The Global Gift Foundation works, In addition to other humanitarian work, towards the defense of women's rights at the international level. Through awareness campaigns, sensitization, and advocacy for women's rights, the Foundation seeks to raise awareness about the importance of gender equality and advocate for social changes that promote equality and empowerment of women worldwide.
Together We Give will take place on May 23rd at @lamomeplage La Môme Plage in Cannes, with the Chair actress, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Maria Bravo, and film producer and philanthropist, Chiara Tilesi, as well as Honorary Chair, actress Jacqueline Fernandez and singer/actor Kendji Girac.
