Dear Board Members and Supporters,
We Do It Together and the Alliance of Women Directors have partnered on a series of panels on how to shift the culture of sexual harassment. We would like to ask all of you to join us in this important conversation. This means challenging sexual harassment incidents instead of turning a blind eye. This means putting in place our own pro-active strategies for tackling this issue -- and this requires your expertise, keen insights and involvement.
We plan to discuss the origins of such a dangerous and pervasive culture, in order to propose targeted and concrete solutions in an environment that favors exchange and inclusion.
Our first panel will be at Soho House on Wednesday, the 13th, of December between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, in Luckman. Reception will follow.
Our second panel will be at USC on Wednesday, the 24th of January, between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
